This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you ("User" or "Licensee") and JessCo ("Licensor", "Company", "we", "us") governing your download, installation, access, and use of the Tarot Sanctum mobile application ("Application").

1. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, JessCo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Tarot Sanctum solely for your personal, non-commercial use on mobile devices owned or controlled by you in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Application, including all historical deck digitizations, artwork, UI animations, code, trademarks, logo, audio elements, text, and custom software graphics, is the exclusive intellectual property of JessCo and its licensors. You acquire no ownership rights to the Application other than the right to use it as permitted by this EULA.

3. Use Restrictions

You agree that you will not:

• Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application or any portion thereof.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Application or deck graphics.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices.
• Use the Application for any unlawful, illegal, or fraudulent purpose.

4. In-App Purchases & Historical Deck Unlocks

Tarot Sanctum may offer optional digital purchases for additional historical deck editions. All purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Unlocked decks are linked to your Store account and can be restored on your supported devices.

5. Entertainment & Reflection Disclaimer

Tarot Sanctum and its AI-generated Oracle Synthesis are provided solely for personal reflection, archetypal insight, and entertainment purposes. The Application does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Users are encouraged to exercise independent judgment in making life decisions.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from JessCo if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JessCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Tarot Sanctum.
