Welcome to Tarot Sanctum. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tarot Sanctum mobile application and associated web services provided by JessCo ("Company", "we", "us").
By downloading, accessing, or using Tarot Sanctum, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Tarot Sanctum provides digital tarot card representations, historical deck catalogs, spread diagrams, reflection journaling tools, and AI narrative synthesis for personal reflection and archetypal exploration.
The Application is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction).
Tarot Sanctum operates primarily as a local-first application. Your reading history, custom notes, and journal logs remain stored directly on your personal mobile device. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your device content.
Certain historical decks or premium Oracle features may be offered via one-off in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All financial transactions, billing, and cancellations are subject to the respective App Store policies.
All software, original artwork, UI elements, branding, sound designs, and text in Tarot Sanctum are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse engineer any part of the service without written permission.
TAROT SANCTUM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE AI ORACLE SYNTHESIS AND TAROT READINGS ARE OFFERED SOLELY FOR MINDFUL REFLECTION AND ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES. THEY DO NOT CONSTITUTE MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ADVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
