JessCo ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Tarot Sanctum mobile application and website.

1. Local-First Journal Data & Privacy Commitment

Tarot Sanctum is built with a local-first privacy architecture. All your reading history, drawn cards, personal journal entries, and custom reflection notes are saved locally on your mobile device. We do not maintain user tracking databases or harvest your private journal notes.

2. AI Oracle Narrative Processing

When you perform a reading and request AI Oracle Synthesis, the cards drawn, their spread positions, upright/reversed states, and optional question text are securely sent to an AI processing API solely to generate your narrative reading synthesis. This data is processed transiently and is not used to train global public models.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do NOT track or store your location.
• We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data or reading notes to third parties.
• We do NOT use invasive cross-app advertising identifiers.

4. In-App Purchases & Analytics

In-app purchase receipts (for deck unlocks) are processed directly by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Non-personally identifiable diagnostic crash reports (such as Flutter error traces) may be collected to fix bugs and improve app stability.

5. Data Control & Deletion

Because your readings and journal notes are stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. You can delete individual readings or clear your history at any time from within the app's History screen or by uninstalling the application.
